The site fully belongs to Terre des Baux, together with all its rights. Any reproduction, whether total or partial is submitted to the owners' authorization. Yet all the links are permitted without any specific authorization:
- information on delivery estimates and availability of products.
- information on the products on sale.
- settlement of disputes.
- Guarantees on data protection.

1. Acceptation of the conditions
The acquisition of a product via the present website Terre des Baux implies unreserved acceptation by the buyer of the present conditions of sale. By using the site, you signify your knowledge and your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

2. Our Products
In spite of the fact the catalogue's pictures are as faithful as possible, no perfect similitude with the offered product can be assured. Terre des Baux will not be held responsible for any mistake or difference. The majority of our products is available in our warehouse.

3. Placing an order
When you place an order to purchase a product, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. The sale will only be valid once your order has been confirmed. Terre des Baux is entitled to cancel your order in case of non- payment of previous orders. Terre des Baux cannot be held responsible for any mistake in names and addresses of the customer.

4. Delivery
Once the order is confirmed, Terre des Baux commits itself to delivering the products through the services of the French Post -Office.
When ordering goods from Terre des Baux for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
The customer must check the content of packaging on receipt and inform the carrier of any fault within two working days of receiving the goods. In case of apparent failings, the customer has the right to return the goods to Terre des Baux.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay of failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control, such as war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents or no possible supplying.
In case of non availability of a product, the order might be delivered on different days. In this case, the customer will have no extra charge . If the customer asks for the products to be delivered in two different places, delivery charges will be added to the total cost.

5. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros including VAT and standard packaging and excluding delivery charges.

6. Payment
Payment must be made in Euros by bank card, cheque or bank transfer payable in France. Payment is due on the day the order is placed.
Card transactions are secured by the SSL protocol. All information concerning the customer's order and bank details shall be encrypted to ensure confidentiality . Customers' orders will be definite only after confirmation from the customer's bank. If your payment centre refuses to validate your payment, your order will automatically be cancelled. You will receive an e.mail confirming the cancellation.

7. Applicable law & settlement of disputes
In case of a possible dispute, the customer is entitled to report to customers'associations or try and find a direct amicable way out with Terre des Baux.

Should no solution be found, the present conditions of online sale shall be governed by French law and all disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the Commercial Court juridiction in Tarascon (Bouches du Rhône).

8. Garantee
Terre des Baux guarantees that all selected products are made or grown in Provence. The custome should be aware of deadlines for food consumption.

In any case, Terre des Baux cannot be held responsible for non respect of the legal rules enforced in the country of delivery.

9. Legal informations
Online sale requires specific information from the customer. Such data are necessary for order processing, delivery, making out invoices and guarantee warranty. The lack of information entails the cancellation of the order.

According to the French law entitled « Informatique et Libertés or Data Protection Act, the customer has the right of access to his personal data and can modify or erase them. Terre des Baux guarantees that no private data will be communicated with or without compensation to anyone..
