1. Preparing your order :
Your order will immediately be prepared if you pay with a credit card, or as soon as your cheque, your money order or your bank transfer are received (depending on the availability of the products).

2. Packaging :
Your order will be packaged with the utmost care. An extremely shock-resisting packaging will protect your order from any shock and will guarantee a perfect condition when delivered.

3 .Trust :
When the parcel is handed to the post-office, a proof of deposit will be given. A signature must be made in exchange for the delivery of the parcel. In case of absence, a notice of deposit will be left in your letter-box with the address of the nearest post-office where the order will be kept. You will then have two weeks to withdraw the parcel.

4.Traceability :
You can trace your parcels at any time on the following site, www.laposte.fr/colissimo
